Career Path – We recognize that everyone has different career focuses and versions of reward/success so we provide two distinct career paths. Our main career path is employees who have a focus on growing a particular area within the company, expanding our company, and managing our teams. Our alternative career path is for our technical SMEs who have a true dedication to one particular area. We encourage these individuals to hone their skills and continue being the best in their domain.

Team Building Events – For the past few years, we’ve given our employees access to our full season of Washington Nationals and Capitals tickets. They’re used to entertain friends, families, and potential new hires but also provide a networking opportunity for business contacts and centers of influence. We also have an annual “Kick-Off the New Year” party in January where spouses and significant others are invited to celebrate the company and the New Year. Activities at the event have included everything from a casino night to a dueling piano band. We give away gifts ranging from Apple gift cards to a spa day. In addition, we have bi-annual meetings in fun locations, such as the Spy Museum and Top Golf or even the Escape Room. We’ve also been known to enjoy an entertaining sushi rolling demonstration!

Dominion Branded Goods – Employees are given numerous Dominion-related items—such as a company-branded backpack, t-shirt, blanket, water bottle, and lanyards—from their very first day. We want all of our employees to feel like part of the team from the start!

Giving Back – Dominion believes in giving back to the community through philanthropic efforts with a variety of local and national organizations. Our community service team organizes great events for the team to get involved in local community service efforts. We recently sponsored a Veterans Day 5k race, helped to paint one of the Fisher Houses, and sponsored a golf tournament for a local therapeutic riding center. Recognition Programs – Dominion has two specific recognition programs: Dominion’s Core Values Awards and Years of Service.


Core Values: Employees deserve to be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond in furthering the mission, goals, and core values of Dominion. Winners are awarded $200 Amazon gift cards to thank them for their accomplishment.


Years of Service: Dominion Years of Service program thanks employees for their tenure and dedication to our company. Employees are recognized through hand-written notes from the CEO and COO, and a gift card that increases in domination for each year ($100 for each year of service) the employee has been with the company.

Day in the Life – A typical day in the life of a Dominion employee begins and ends with what we do best – customer service. Be it a large scale implementation or managing a time-sensitive project, our employees work hard to support each of our clients. Our employees are at the top of their game, and may be asked to lead a team in support of a larger function or to work independently to tackle a specific project. We reward hard work by promoting a very professional yet fun work environment, and making each employee feel right at home in either our corporate headquarters or at a company event. Our meetings are informal, using a roundtable approach that leadership feels encourages open discussion and sparks new ideas.

The comprehensive benefits we offer at Dominion have been carefully researched and selected to cater to our most valued asset – you the employee. The below does not list our entire suite of benefits but highlights a few of our top benefits.

401k – If an employee contributes 5%, we will contribute 4%. Employees receive dollar for dollar matching on the first 3% of their contribution to the plan. On the 4th and 5th percent of contribution, employees receive $0.50 on the dollar. There is no minimum vesting period so the company match is yours from day one of your contribution.

Health Insurance – Fully company sponsored United Healthcare PPO health insurance plans for our employees and a generous contribution towards additional family members added to the plan.

Life Insurance & Disability – Employer provided life insurance amount of 1x salary earnings (up to $200,000) and short term/long term disability.

Paid Time Off – Employees accrue 20 vacation days a year, 8 holidays and 2 floating holidays. After four years of service, an employee accrues an additional five vacation days to have a total yearly accrual of 25 vacation days.

Personal Computer – Each employee receives a Surface Pro on their first day of employment.

Cell Phone Reimbursement – We understand that employees have to use their cell phones for work purposes so we offer up to $75 a month towards employees’ cell phone bill.

Training/Conferences – Team members work with Solution Leads to determine the best educational materials, certifications, and conferences to get them to where they want to be. Our policy is simple, if an employee feels a particular program, certification, or conference will help advance their professional development at Dominion – just ask.

Tuition Reimbursement – We provide up to $3,000 per year for tuition reimbursement.

Matching for Charitable Donations – Dominion matches an employee’s charitable donation made to an eligible non-profit organization up to $250. This encourages our employees to give back to the community and ensures that Dominion is helping to support the causes that are important to our team members.

Dominion believes hard work deserves recognition.  We believe in offering a compensation plan that rewards strong individual performance and successful contributions to our corporate development. The goal is to offer a reward structure for employees who actively contribute to our success.

Base Salary – A generous base salary at or above the market.

Performance Bonuses –These bonuses factor in a consultant’s billable hours at the client site, individual performance and overall company performance. At the beginning of each calendar year, the management team announces the company’s goal and if the company exceeds that goal, then employees can receive up to an additional 20% on their bonuses.

Sales Commission/Incentive Pool – Employees who work hard to earn Dominion new clients and maintain current clients’ satisfaction are rewarded with a sales commission bonus.

Referral Bonuses – Employees can receive up to $5,000 for referring talent to Dominion.

Spot Bonuses – Dominion offers spot bonuses to individual employees who have done an exceptional job or they are distributed company-wide. For example, at a company holiday party, each employee received a company-branded jacket, thanking each employee for all their hard work
